Job Description

We require an individual who can learn, understand andcommunicate about our company and business while challenging processes andworkflows. This person will serve as a liaison between individuals who work onimplementing business decisions and those who create the infrastructure neededto support those business decisions. As a liaison between teams, this personshould offer creative solutions to safeguard our underwriting integrity, adaptto changes and anticipate future needs.

Essential Functions:

  • Understands business needs by learning our products, workflows, processes and systems
  • Questions and constructively challenges conventional practices
  • Provides options and offers solutions to ensure the end product is delivered efficiently, accurately and within scope
  • Works collaboratively with team members and independently manages assigned tasks
  • Creates and executes test plans and test cases to validate the accuracy of projects
  • Provides clarification or guidance to IT Developers on specifications
  • Utilizes various utilities to update systems to support business/customer needs
  • Coordinates with team to ensure that all testing/development tasks are completed as scheduled
  • Develops and maintains collaborative business relationships
  • Troubleshoots issues reported by users and works with necessary parties to research, identify and implement a resolution

 

Desired Skills and Experience

College Degree required or equivalent insurance or testing experience.
