Job Description
USLI is seeking experienced insurance professionals to service policyholders, agents and brokers through telephone and online communication. Candidates must be able to project the “USLI Experience” by providing excellent service while working effectively in a fast paced, team based environment. Successful candidates will service incoming telephone calls, emails and web chats to bind coverage, facilitate policy changes, review policy history, address questions and generate proof of coverage across multiple lines of insurance. The position requires strong oral and written communication skills, a positive and friendly attitude, a high service mindset and good problem solving abilities. Must be assertive, able to multi-task, work quickly between tasks and complete insurance continuing education. Training will focus on insurance product knowledge, team processes and workflows as well as various computer applications supporting our business. The hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. E.T. with overtime as needed to achieve team goals. A Bachelor’s Degree or High School diploma with insurance experience is required. Candidates with at least two (2) years of insurance industry experience are preferred. Property & Casualty insurance license will be required within established timeframe.
