Job Description
Assist the President of Devon Park Specialty, (3) Executive Vice Presidents and other team members in the day-to-day operations of Devon Park in organizing their calendars by setting up meetings and interviews, as well as overall administrative support to be as efficient as possible. Ensure the information received is timely, accurate and relevant. Review the next day’s calendars and print out before departing to confirm meetings and ensure accuracy.
Prepare travel files with customer information reports as well as a master folder with trip agenda.
Update Shared Travel Calendar and spreadsheet on customer visits.
Coordinate distribution and tracking of resumes within the team using the Cyber Recruiter software. Be the point person for the team to set up interviews, calipers and processing of resumes.
Maintain the department calendar and various reports including an org chart, address list and birthday list.
Answer the customer service phone lines to assist or redirect customers to our underwriters.
