We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can make sound decisions, communicate clearly and provide excellent service to customers while offering insurance quotes over the phone. This position requires a positive and friendly attitude, a high service mindset, strong verbal communication skills, and problem solving capabilities.  The ability to effectively work in a fast-paced team environment is required. If you have the right attitude and you work hard, we will teach you the rest!  We have an extensive, creative training program with individualized support and many ways to grow your career. This position requires you to be on-site in our office in Boise, Idaho, at least four days per week. 

Salary between $55,000 to $95,000 based on relevant experience, industry knowledge, skills and expertise.

The core hours for this position are primarily Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time. 

Minimum Requirements

At least three years prior underwriting experience in Commercial Property & Casualty, Personal or Management & Professional Liability lines

OR

At least five years prior business experience. Successful candidates have had prior business experience in the following industries:

• Other insurance experience (carrier or agency) such as insurance customer service, sales, or claims handling
• Financial services, such as banking, mortgage underwriting, financial consulting, asset management, business analyst
• Legal services, such as attorney, paralegal
• Relevant call center experience
