Work with the Regional Team Leader to lead and direct underwriting team in marketing and underwriting matters within assigned territory. Implement the Department plan within your team in the selection and pricing of new and renewal risks. Implement, monitor and adjust as necessary, a detailed marketing plan for your team that will ensure a 100% effort in communicating our team story and driving submission activity. Develop underwriting team by establishing, monitoring and adjusting as necessary, an annual Individual Development Plan for each underwriter.
