Job Description

USLI is seeking candidates to join our innovative and collaborative Instant Quote team. Successful candidates will provide quotes for a core group of insurance products and assist in servicing a high volume of requests for quotes over the phone. Candidates must be able to project the “USLI Experience” by providing excellent service through phone and online communication and work effectively in a fast paced environment. This position requires a positive and friendly attitude, high service mindset, strong verbal and written communication skills and problem solving capabilities.  The ability to be assertive, multi-task and transition efficiently between tasks is required. We have an extensive training program and development opportunities for hard-working team players. The core hours for this position are primarily Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time. A minimum of one year insurance experience is required or two years’ prior business experience in sales, claims handling, or financial services may also be considered.
