Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Specialist is responsible for customer submission growth with USLI, specifically via our phone and web quoting platforms. Monthly goals consist of 40 visits a month (both in-person & virtually) within assigned customers. This role encompasses customer relationship building through visits and the use of other platforms including webinars and marketing assistance.

 To successfully accomplish these goals, the selected candidate must have the following skills and attributes:

  • Experience building effective business relationships
  • Business/industry experience with 2 years in the property & casualty industry (Commercial, Professional and Personal Lines)
  • Strong communication skills to establish relationships, communicate company goals and objectives
  • Creative self-starter with strong dependability/initiative
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Possess the ability to learn and comprehend quickly
