Job Description

We are seeking energetic, driven insurance professionals to lead a group of new sales people that are employed by our customers and enrolled in a 24 month intensive sales and insurance training program designed to bring new hires into our industry and develop them into elite sales professionals. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, performance management and making joint sales calls. If you are passionate about training and leading people to a common goal, assisting in creating marketing campaigns and materials, and have a willing attitude for learning and professional/personal development, you’ll find satisfaction in this role. Candidates must be excellent communicators and possess insurance knowledge and leadership skills. A history of executing customer visits is desired. Time will be spent on the road with customers and sales people so candidates must be able to do overnight trips within the U.S.
