Job Description
Provide highest level of support, administration and troubleshooting for legacy phone system.  Work with business teams to implement initiatives and solutions to increase our telephony capabilities.  Build and support advanced ACD phone functions.  Experience with migration of legacy phone systems with advanced capabilities to cloud based solutions.  

Project Planning: Be technical contributor and driver for our future goal of having a cloud based unified communication systems allowing for full interaction between computers, phones, mobile devices, Microsoft Teams, USLI in-house insurance and financial systems, as well as future initiatives involving other technologies as they become available.  

Networking:  Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced telephony related network connectivity problems, specifically regarding remote office and teleworker users.  Configuration network switches, protocols, ports and overall traffic flow as related to telephony and unified communications.
