Job Description

USLI is seeking candidates to join our innovative and collaborative Instant Quote team in Wayne, Pennsylvania.

This position is part-time, subject to a maximum of 29 hours per week, year-round.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service a high volume of incoming calls, delivering exceptional customer service to insurance agents and brokers; send emails occasionally as needed
  • Deliver the "USLI Experience" by demonstrating a positive and friendly attitude with every interaction
  • Learn foundational insurance concepts and be able to apply your knowledge to assist customers with their needs

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting hourly rate of $25.75 with eligibility for year-end pay increase and bonus
  • Medical and retirement benefits, including 15% profit-sharing provided by USLI and ability to contribute to 401K, are available to part-time employees who work 25 or more hours per week

Requirements:

  • High school graduate
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience in any industry
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving capabilities
  • Must be able to commute to our Wayne, Pennsylvania office and work on-site
  • Available to work between 11:00 am and 8:00 pm ET Monday through Friday, for up to 29 hours per week with a fixed weekly schedule
  • Must be available to work 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ET Monday through Friday for the first two weeks of employment
