We are looking for a designer for our Internal Communications and Engagement team within the Marketing department who can help make our company culture come alive and make our people feel #1. An ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of graphic design experience, and any internal communications/marketing design experience is a plus. This person should be someone who enjoys being involved in and designing for employees, such as health and wellness initiatives, community outreach, diversity, equity and inclusion, recruiting, photography of community events, intranet maintenance, internal email blast campaigns and more. This person should display strong graphic and digital design skills and be able to work with communications specialists to create a finished product that encourages employees to register for events and get involved in community activities. If you are passionate about design, are able to interpret requirements into abstract concepts within a fast paced team environment, you’ll find this role satisfying and a place to grow. Candidates must be able to communicate and collaborate with a variety of individuals and departments across the company, as well as bring and adopt new design ideas and styles. A successful candidate will be organized, ask questions, move projects along and maintain deadlines. In addition, this position requires analyzing the effectiveness of designs and thinking about ways to improve our internal communications. Minimum requirements: Adobe Creative Suite with a focus on InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator (Lightroom and After Effects are pluses), college degree in Graphic/Communication Design, digital media and print promotional production, front-end graphic and animated web content development, PowerPoint intermediate level. HTML and CSS experience required.
