Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Wayne, PA

Your Role: You’ll play a key role in developing and leading a group of salespeople employed by our customers and enrolled in a 24-month sales and insurance training program. Your focus will be on training, managing performance and driving new business while fostering strong relationships with both salespeople and their employers. This role requires a hands-on approach, including direct coaching, joint sales visits and collaboration with business owners to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales training and coaching: Provide ongoing training to salespeople on products, systems and sales techniques, ensuring they are equipped to succeed
Performance management: Monitor and assess individual sales performance, offering guidance and feedback to improve results
Customer collaboration: Partner with business owners to align sales strategies, address performance concerns and drive overall program success
Field engagement: Conduct joint sales visits, role-play sales scenarios, and observe real-world interactions to refine techniques
Sales development: Teach salespeople the steps to an effective sales meeting and how to handle common objections
Presentation and training delivery: Develop and lead internal and external sales training sessions
What You’ll Bring:
Leadership skills: Proven ability to train, mentor and lead a team toward a common goal
Communication skills: Strong ability to engage with salespeople and business owners, providing clear direction and feedback
Industry knowledge: Experience in insurance sales, with an understanding of the best practices for success
Collaboration and problem-solving: Ability to work closely with business owners and teams to drive program success
Travel readiness: Willingness to spend time on the road with salespeople and customers, including overnight travel within the U.S.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
Experience in insurance sales, leadership, or customer engagement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred)
