Your Role: You’ll play a key role in increasing new business submission and quote count (and thus premium) through phone and web quoting platforms with your assigned Retail customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer meetings: Meet with assigned retail customers to promote and effectively sell USLI’s phone and web quoting platforms
Storytelling: Effectively share the phone and web quoting story internally and externally
Virtual engagement: Spend the majority of time conducting video meetings with retail customers, targeting 40 meetings per month to train, demonstrate the systems, and review results.
Marketing support: Provide customer marketing support by developing and executing webinars and campaigns that drive success of our quoting platforms within their organization
Onboarding: Onboard new phone and web quoting contacts
Activity review: Review phone and web quoting activity on a weekly basis to identify and address both positive and negative trends
Issue escalation: Escalate issues as they arise to either leadership, Business Development or customers, as appropriate
Internal collaboration: Attend internal meetings and conferences as appropriate
What You’ll Bring:
Communication skills: Strong ability to establish and maintain customer relationships while clearly articulating USLI’s goals and value proposition
Time management: Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Initiative: A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to identify and execute opportunities for growth within the territory
Dependability: A reliable and consistent approach to achieving objectives and meeting deadlines
Adaptability: Openness to learning and evolving in a dynamic and competitive business environment
Qualifications:
Experience: 1–2 years in the insurance industry is preferred, but not required
Skills: To be successful, you must be a relationship builder, have a positive attitude, be organized, creative, and possess the ability to learn and comprehend quickly
