Job Title: IT Services — Technical Onboarding and Inventory Specialist, Technical Lead
Location: Wayne, PA

Your Role:You will handle community member onboarding/offboarding and maintain accurate inventory records, conducting physical counts and implementing efficient inventory control procedures. You will communicate status updates with leadership and ensure top-notch service. You will maintain new hire setup templates and update leadership across the company. You will provide training and tutorials for new hires on using their computer equipment and contacting IT Services. You will investigate workflow improvements and develop functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical assistance: Provide initial and ongoing technical support, troubleshooting issues and offering workarounds
System/Software setup: Ensure new hires have the necessary technical setup, including hardware, software and access to company systems
Resource creation: Develop and maintain onboarding materials, including manuals, guidelines and password documentation
Problem solving: Diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating issues if needed
Training and guidance: Provide training and guidance on using company tools and software
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for onboarding, offboarding and people change processes and resources
Communication: Answer employee questions regarding policies, resources and technical issues
Coordination: Coordinate with other teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process
What You’ll Bring:

Technical proficiency: Strong understanding of computer hardware, software and operating systems

Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Adaptability: Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years’ application support or comparable experience
Proven customer service mindset
Clear and concise communication with both technical and non-technical users
9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET working hours
